Male Face Mask (N'tomo), Late 19th or early 20th century

Bamana

To-scale great room with a double-height ceiling. The bottom half of each wall is clad in elaborately carved wooden panels. The right wall features a tall bay window, the left a fireplace flanked by suits of armor. A long, rustic table with bench is centered in the room.

A large crystal chandelier hangs from a curved ceiling patterned with geometric designs in relief. A beige floral rug fills the floor, upon which a yellow couch and other upholstered wood furniture are unevenly spaced. On the right wall is an ornate fireplace with a mantle framing a painting of a landscape.
