Industrial Problems, Conditions: United States. Pennsylvania. Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh Survey: The Pittsburgh Survey has been making a thorough study of the industrial accidents of one year in Allegheny County, with the purpose of throwing light on these two questions. (1) Can accidents be reduced? (2) Does the present hap-hazard way of dealing with injured workingman and his dependents meet the needs of the family. Does it satisfy the rights of the family? These findings were published in "Charities and the Commons" in March. A full report will be available later in volume form., 1874 - 1940
