Dining Hall and Recreation Building.  Used for public entertainments and for general recreation purposes.  Brick construction with stone and terra cotta trimmings.  The ground floor is used for men's dining toom, toilet and class rooms, food preparation and store rooms.  The first story contains the women's dining room, with serving room and rest rooms.  A roof garden is provided on top of the building.
