Obv.: Bust of Christ (Type V/VIII) facing, with long beard and nimbus cross having 5-pellet design with large central pellet in each arm, wearing tunic and himation; r. hand raised in blessing in front of body, l. clasps book to breast. Triple border of dots. Rev.: Bust of the emperor, facing, bearded, wearing collar piece, modified loros and crown with cross and pendilia. In r. hand, labarum with special design; in l., gl. cr. On l., above, Manus Dei. Triple border of dots.
