Edward Herbert. Edward William Herbert (22 March 1855-28 December 1924) JP. Col. K.R.R.C. Served in Zululand 1879 in Sudan campaign of 1884 and again in South Africa in 1902. ADC to the governor of the Fiji Islands 1880-1883. Married 12 January 1887 to Beatrice Anne (d. 8 June 1928) daughter of Sir Hedworth Williamson 8th Bt. They became the parents of the 5th Earl of Powis.
Maud Stuart Wortley. Possibly of the family of the Earls of Wharncliffe.
Richard Stuart Wortley. Sir (Alan) Richard Stuart Wortley (20 January 1868-23 September 1949) DCB., KCMG, DSO., 4th son of the 1st Earl of Wharncliffe. A Lieutenant General in the Army. Director of Movements at the War Office 1915-1917. QMG in India 1924-1927. Served in Chitral 1895, in South Africa 1899-1900. Educated at Wellington. Married 21 May 1900 to the Honorable Maud Winn (d. 17 June 1938) the youngest daughter of the 1st Baron St. Oswald and consequently a great aunt of Olive Baillie.
Mark Kerr. Mark Ancrum Kerr (2 May 1859-19 November 1914) a great grandson of the 5th Marquess of Lothian. Brevet Colonel in the Indian Army. Served in Tibet.

Military Attaché in Paris 1901-1904. Served in the Afghan War 1879-1881, in Egypt 1882, in the Sudan 1884-1885, on the Nile 1897-1898, in South Africa 1899-1900 and in the Great War of 1914-1918. Married 5 February 1891 to Violet Hunter (d. 11 February 1953) CBE, daughter of James Guthrie of Craigie, Dundee.
