Harvard Hall

Unidentified Artist

American

Although this work is inscribed "University Hall," it depicts Harvard Hall. The drawing shows the building after its 1870 renovation by Ware and Van Brunt. The emblems at the top of the drawing that resemble Harvard crests are merely decorative and do not represent any of Harvard's schools.
