Modern copy of Tanagra-type figurine. Himation covering head, right arm across chest, left hand on hip, supporting folds of drapery. Heavily hooded, with remains of hat visible. Chiton visible. Pleats too sharp and schematic. Much color throughout, including himation with blue and yellow stripes and pink chiton. Although the figurine is a forgery, pigments (such as Egyptian Blue) are consistent with ancient materials. Black age spots added with paint to simulate age. Very clean inside. Attached to base.
