Two-handled Flask
Mycenaean
Flask made from joining 2 bowls. High neck with flaring lip. Vessel is footed, and has arched, grooved handles. 3 wavey lines around neck below handles, above is solid. Handles are painted solid and are attached to the neck close to the body. Concentic circles on the 2 bowl sides. 3 rows of alternating (direction) semi-circles on handled sides, each semi-circle with 3 lines. Some are more angular like chevrons. Slightly raised band where neck is attached. Red-brown paint on buff slip. lustrous. Restored.
