Pilaster Capital

Projecting capital with front and one side decorated in relief. Narrow abacus on front side contains stylized palmette scroll. An animal (lioness?) decorates the front and a vegetal scroll design occupies the side. Capital was originally coated with plaster and painted. Probably supported by engaged colonnette 1975.41.54 or 1975.41.55.
