Face broken off of face from statue or relief, slightly over life-size. Fine grained brown limestone with darker brown surface on face. This surface is heavily pitted. Tip of nose battered, chip out of lower lip, chips out of horizontally grooved wig and badly shattered fragments on rear at top of break barely clinging to the piece. Broad rounded oval face with prominent chin and fleshy protruding lips, wide oval eyes with prominent lids under pronounced brows. Top of head encased in a caplike wig marked with many parallel ridges. The identity and gender of this piece is unclear.
