Section of an Architectural Frieze

Architectural frieze decorated in relatively flat relief. Stylized, continuous acanthus branch. Leaves and trilobate flowers (?) alternate along either side of the straight stem. A narrow fillet, bisected by an incised groove, forms the border along one edge of the block.
Surface of relief is quite battered in places.
