Straight-sided oval with beaded borders, on spreading foot pierced with a band of ovolo, engraved with bright-cut and wrigglework borders, floral and bellflower swags and oval cartouches enclosing, on one side, a coat of arms and, on the other, a crest, with scroll spout and wooden loop handle; the slightly domed hinged cover with oval ivory finial with traces of pigment.
