The drawing depicts two Rajput nobleman mounted on caparisoned and galloping horses. The hunters both are bearded and wear turbans, an earring, an armlet, robes (jamas), and waist sashes (patkas). Tucked into the waist sashes are daggers with pistol-shaped hilts. They both wield long spears in their right hands. The one on the left also has a large black shield (dhal) hanging from his back. Sprinting at the bottom of the page are a female and male blackbuck, the latter distinguished by the distinct black, spiraled horns. Rajput Style.
