Orphrey Panel from a Cope

Orphrey panel with a cherub at the top and three sections depicting saints, from top to bottom: top saint is cut out and missing; monastic saint holding a closed book and flowering lily in an archway (St. Anthony of Padua?); St. Roch holding a staff and showing his leg wound, with a dog at his feet. Gold corded border with linked S-curves. Embroidered on a linen plain weave ground incorporating split stitches, couching and backstitching.
