Obverse: Bust of emperor r., draped, cuirassed, with rosette diadem. Reverse: Constantinopolis seated on throne without lions' heads, holding scepter in right hand and globe in left hand, right foot on prow. Officina letter at end of legend. CONOB in exergue.
