Obv: Bust of Commodus r., laureate, wearing cuirass and paludamentum. Rev.: Hephaistos and Athena. Hephaistos, wearing exomis, seated r. on wreathed cippus, holding, with forceps in l. hand, a crested helmet on the top of a column, and tapping it with hammer held in his r. Before him stands Athena l., helmeted and wearing long chiton and peplos; she places her right hand on the top of the column, as if to receive the helmet from Hephaistos, and rests with l. on shield.
