Small globular jar with everted rim, constricted neck, short footring, three concentric grooves on the shoulder, and decoration of green splashes against a white ground; off-white earthenware with lead-fluxed copper-green splashed glaze on the exterior and lead-fluxed pale yellow glaze on the interior; glaze stops short of the foot; unglazed base. Copper-splashed sancai ware. From northern China, Henan, Hebei, or Shaanxi province.
