Obv.: Wandering womb (hysteron) between serpents,. Rev.: Saint Theophano standing facing in the orant position, dressed in a tunic and a cloak fastened at the shoulder and decorated with jewels. She wears a three-pronged crown and pendilia, and a collar made of a double row of pearls.
