Covered wide-bellied jar with broad shoulders slanting inward to a waisted cylindrical neck crowned by a flattened, everted mouth rim; lower half of vessel walls slant inward to a small flat base; conical lid with finial knob at center; wide plain band raised in low-relief encircles the vessel just below the shoulder, two narrow bands in relief encircle the neck; light gray earthenware with molded elements covered all over with dark brown lacquer.
