Obv.: Christ, bearded and nimbate, wearing tunic and kolobion, weated upon throne without back; holds Gospels in l. hand. Asterisk above cushion of throne, to either side. Rev.: Full-length figure of emperor wearing stemma, divitision, and chlamys; holds in r. hand scepter cruciger, and in l., anexikakia. Three pellets on chlamys to l. of inside of chlamys as it drapes from the arms.
