Black-Ware Jug with Comic Mask in Relief (possibly modern)

Small pitcher with comic mask in relief on one side and grapes on the backside underneath the handle. Vessel is covered in a shiny black paint. Surface is worn in many areas revealing a dull gray-brown suface underneath. The object is difficult to date and may belong in the Hellenistic or Roman periods, or indeed, might be modern.
