Ovoid vessel with cylindrical neck, sloping shoulders, wide body, and lower portion tapering inward to a small, flat base; one strap handle attached to rim and shoulder, one lug handle on opposite side at waist; buff earthenware with geometric decoration painted in black and burgundy slips on neck and upper body. Siba culture. From the upper Yellow River valley region, probably Gansu province.
