Rebecca Shore American, born 1956

United States

Shore earned her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1981, studying under Ray Yoshida, Christina Ramberg, Philip Hanson, and Barbara Rossi. To create her allusive abstract compositions the artist composes shapes out of a single repeated pattern then animates them with a drop shadow, as seen here.
