A work made of silk, plain weave self-patterned by stripes of gauze crossings and openwork (tate ro); resist dyed, stenciled, and painted (yûzenzome: tsutsugaki, hikizome, bokashizome, suri-yûzenzome and uwae) body and sleeves lined with silk, plain weave (nerinuki), collar facing with silk, plain weave with stripes of gauze crossings and openwork (tate ro).
