The front (obverse) of this coin portrays the head of Empress Marcia Otacilia Severa, wife of Emperor Marcus Julius Philippus (also known as Philip the Arab), diademed and facing to the right. On the back (reverse), Concord is depicted holding a patera (dish) and cornucopia.
